Due to the growth of our ecommerce business, RASM is seeking a part time (2-3 x a week) Order Fulfillment Assistant. The company has achieved great success with a small and highly entrepreneurial staff and is seeking a motivated candidate to join the team. The Order Fulfillment assistant plays a key role in the day to day operations of the business. Working out of our head office in Windsor, Ontario, you will be involved in fulfilling orders for both our wholesale and online channels and responding to the needs of online customers. Order packing, product labelling, quality control checking, order processing, customer service and on time product delivery will be critical in ensuring that supply and demand are managed successfully. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position and an excellent opportunity to join a successful organization and make your mark. Training will be provided.


1. Pick & pack orders and preparing them for shipping (packaging, labeling..etc)
2. Process online orders and in-person sales
3. Ensure shipments are complete and accurate
4. Answer questions from clients about products by phone and email
5. Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
4. Receiving, inspecting, counting, labeling and shelving new inventory
6. Order and maintain shipping supplies
7. Monitor inventory levels in order to maintain stock
8. Online catalogue product management
9. following up with suppliers, shippers and other business partners
10. Keep shipping workstation clean and organized
11. Multi-tasking and managing changing priorities to meet tight deadlines
12. Perform other duties as assigned


1. High school diploma or higher
2. Fluency with written and spoken English is a must
3. Willingness to learn how to use e- commerce and courier platforms (training provided)
4. Exceptionally organized, have the ability to prioritize job responsibilities and possess a strong sense of urgency.
5. Able to bend and lift up to 25 lbs
6. Must be flexible and willing to switch tasks as needed
7. basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
8. High attention to details and ability to follow directions is a must
9. Experience with functions related to Marketing and social media(Instagram, Facebook, etc.) is a plus but not required
10. Able to work independently at a fast pace with little supervision
11. Willing to get hands dirty and help out where needed, we need a team player.
