Canada

Flat shipping rate of CA$10 for all Canadian orders.

 

US

Flat rate of CA$14.  US orders are shipped out once per week.

 

International:

We now ship Worldwide. For select countries (such as the EU), you may use our shipping calculator to estimate shipping costs before checking out.  If your country is not available in the calculator, the shipping rate will be calculated for you at checkout.

 

Shipping Customs and Duties

Please note our shipping costs do not include any customs, duties, fees that may be charged at the port of entry in your country.  Such responsibilities are on the buyer.

 

Processing and Delivery Time

All orders take 2-5 business days to process orders.  If there are any delays, you will be notified.

All US orders are shipped out once per week. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of orders sent out to Canada and the US.

 

**Unfortunately, RASM cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

** All product prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Please be aware of any applicable exchange rates or taxes while purchasing online.

 

Returns

We take the utmost care in packaging all of our products securely for shipping.  RASM is not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process. If your item arrives broken or damaged due to mishandling during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company for resolution.

If an item arrives damaged (unrelated to the shipping process), or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email contact@rasm.co.  We'll be happy to work with you on a resolution. 

For domestic returns, please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply.

Returns are not available at this time on international orders.  If you're an international customer (outside of Canada), please email contact@rasm.co for assistance with your order.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.  

 

Missing Items
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we may occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders.  If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the package for a resolution.

 

Correct Ship to and Billing Addresses

Please ensure all addresses are correct and any unit and apartment/suite numbers are all listed in the address section and not as a separate note.  If the billing address is different from the Shipping address, please specify.  RASM will not be responsible for re-ship charges due to incorrect or incomplete info provided.
