SHIPPING

Free pickup available in Windsor, Ontario.  You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up, usually the same or by the next business day.

Canada

Varies based on order size and weight, will automatically calculate at checkout.

 

US:

All US orders are shipped out once per week. will automatically calculate at checkout.

We use standard postal service. Tracking is not available for International orders, but can be requested for an additional fees

 

International:
Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada and US at the moment. but shipping will be available to more countries in the near future.

 

Shipping Customs and Duties

Please note our shipping costs do not include any customs, duties, fees that may be charged at the port of entry in your country.  Such responsibilities are on the buyer.

Processing and Delivery Time

All orders take 2-5 business days to process orders. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

All US orders are shipped out once per week. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of orders sent out to Canada and US

 

**Unfortunately, RASM cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

** All product prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Please be aware of any applicable exchange rates or taxes while purchasing online.

 

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us before mailing products back at contact@rasm.co. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping fees apply. 

As we do our utmost to package all products securely for shipping, RASM is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. That will be the shipping companies responsibility. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form received. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Missing Items
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we may occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the package for a resolution.

Correct Ship to and Billing Addresses

Please ensure all addresses are correct and any unit and apartment/suite numbers are all listed in the address section and not as a separate note. If the billing address is different from the Shipping address, please specify. RASM will not be responsible for re-ship charges due to incorrect or incomplete info provided.
