SHIPPING RATE

We now ship Worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The rates depend on multiple factors:

  • The size and weight of the order
  • The destination country of the shipment
  • The location of the warehouse where the product is stored

The shipping rate will be presented before you complete your purchase.

All product prices are listed in Canadian Dollars, unless you change the currency you wish to shop in.

SHIPPING CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

RASM covers all applicable customs fees & duty payments. These fees are included in the shipping rate, so customers pay nothing more when they receive their order with some exceptions. We will let you know if you have to cover customs and duties.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. The processing time is the period within which our fulfilment team prepares your items for shipping. This includes order verification and packaging.

Products labelled "Fast Shipping" are expected to reach our North American customers within 2 - 7 business days, depending on the shipping destination. For all other products and locations, 90% of our packages arrive within 10 business days. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the speed of customs clearance. [Note: We include duties and brokerage fees in our shipping prices so you won't pay extra when your order arrives]

CORRECT SHIP TO AND BILLING ADDRESSES

Please ensure all addresses are correct. Be sure to include any unit/apartment/suite number associated with your address. RASM will not be responsible for re-ship charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.  It is the customer's responsibility to track their order.  If an order is sent to a local post office or pickup location, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up their order in a timely manner.  If a customer fails to pick up their order in time, and RASM incurs any charges for return shipping or disposal of an unclaimed item, we cannot provide a refund.  Please track your orders carefully.

DELIVERY ISSUES

RASM is not responsible for missing or lost packages.  Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the shipping company’s responsibility.  If your package is lost in transit or says "delivered" but appears to be missing, please contact us immediately for help in tracking it down. We will work with the courier to help locate your missing package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email contact@rasm.co within 72 hrs of receiving your order.  We will be happy to work with you on a resolution. 

To be eligible for a return, you must contact RASM within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order. If we agree to accept your return, items must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving the return shipping label or return instructions. Any delay will void the return, and the product(s) will be considered final sale.When returning items, they must be unused and in their original packaging. Please be sure to follow any additional return instructions we may provide, specific to your return.

For domestic (within Canada) returns, please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds are subject to inspection of the goods and, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.  

Returns/exchanges are not available on international (outside of Canada) orders. Once an international order has shipped, the order is considered a final sale. DAMAGED ITEMS

We take the utmost care in packaging all of our products securely for shipping. RASM is not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process. If your item arrives broken or damaged due to mishandling during the shipping process, you must provide photos of all packaging material (plastic mailers, bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc), shipping boxes, shipping labels and product boxes. The shipping company requires this specific photo evidence in order to process a damage claim and issue a refund. Damage claims must be submitted within 72 hrs of receiving a damaged product. Please keep all product packaging and shipping boxes until your damage claim is fully resolved.

If your item arrives with a small flaw (a minor chip/dent/scratch/mark), we will offer a discount on this product, accordingly.  Replacements or refunds will only be sent in the case of a product being severely damaged in transit to the point it greatly affects the use, appearance, or functionality of the product.  Please reach out to us within 72 hrs of receiving your order if you have a concern about the condition of your product. We'll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

For domestic (Canadian) orders, we may send a return shipping label and ask for the product to be sent back to us. Please keep all product packaging until your damage claim is fully resolved.

MISSING ITEMS

While we try to be as accurate as possible, we may on rare occasions make a mistake in fulfilling orders.  If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 72 hrs of receipt of the package for a resolution. Please keep all shipping boxes and product boxes (of additional items in your order) until this issue is resolved.
