Shipping & Returns
INTERNATIONAL:
We now ship Worldwide. For select countries, you may use our shipping calculator to estimate shipping costs before checking out. If your country is not available in the calculator, the shipping rate will be calculated for you at checkout.
All product prices are listed in Canadian Dollars, unless you change the currency you wish to shop in. Please be aware of any applicable exchange rates or taxes while purchasing online.
SHIPPING CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:
Please note that our shipping fees do not include customs, duties, or other import fees that may be charged at the port of entry in your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. RASM will not cover these fees.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
All orders take 1-2 business days to process. If there are any delays, you will be notified.
Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery within Canada and the US.
*Note: During our peak seasons (Ramadan & Eid), we work around the clock in attempt to ship orders within 24 hours.
CORRECT SHIP TO AND BILLING ADDRESSES
Please ensure all addresses are correct and any unit and apartment/suite numbers are all listed in the address section and not as a separate note. If the Billing address is different from the Shipping address, please specify. RASM will not be responsible for re-ship charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order. If an order is sent to a local post office, or pickup location, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up their order in a timely manner. If a customer fails to pick up their order in time, and RASM incurs any charges for return shipping or disposal of an unclaimed item, we cannot provide a refund. Please track your orders carefully.
DELIVERY ISSUES
RASM is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the shipping company’s responsibility. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping company immediately to file a claim for loss or damage.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We take the utmost care in packaging all of our products securely for shipping. RASM is not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process. If your item arrives broken or damaged due to mishandling during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company immediately to file a claim.
If an item arrives damaged (unrelated to the shipping process), or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email contact@rasm.co. We will be happy to work with you on a resolution.
For domestic (within Canada) returns, please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
Returns are not available at this time on international (outside of Canada) orders. If you're an international customer, please email contact@rasm.co for assistance with your order.
For domestic returns, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
MISSING ITEMS
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we may occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the package for a resolution.
