RETURNS & REFUNDS
For North American Customers:
When returning items, they must be unused and in their original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
If you'd like to request a return, please contact RASM within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving the return shipping label and return instructions. Any delay will void the return, and the product(s) will be considered final sale.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your refund request. Refunds are subject to inspection of the goods and, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.
For International Customers (outside of N. America):
Returns/exchanges are not available at this time. Once an international order has shipped, the order is considered a final sale. Please be sure to review your order carefully before checking out.
