If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email contact@rasm.co within 72 hrs of receiving your order.  We will be happy to work with you on a resolution. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

For domestic (within Canada) returns, please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds are subject to inspection of the goods and, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.  

Returns/exchanges are not available on international (outside of Canada) orders. Once an international order has shipped, the order is considered a final sale.
